(Any Electric Pressure cooker will work.)
Here is what I came up with one day: We all loved it!
Ingredients:

lb. loose turkey breakfast sausage
1
lb. lean ground beef
1
cup scallions
I
can Italian diced tomatoes (14.5 oz.)
3
cloves minced garlic
2
cups chicken stock
2
cups beef stock
3/4
cup water
¼
cup dry red wine
½
tsp pepper
½
tsp fennel seeds
2
bay leaves
1 ½
cups pot barley
Directions:
Put
pot on sauté function and add a little olive oil.
Brown
garlic.
Brown
meat – about 6 minutes.
Add
remaining ingredients.
Place
lid on pressure cooker, lock lid, and close pressure release.
Press
the Chicken/Meat button and set time to 30 minutes.
Once
the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically turn to warm.
Serve
it up!
